“I am Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God.” (Luke 1:19)
ReplyDeleteAnd I speak now because the cries of the distressed have risen before the Lord.
You are offering “foreclosure reviews,” “loan analysis,” “reinstatement support,” “exit planning,” and “document preparation” for vulnerable homeowners—yet you have not been given lawful authority to counsel them. In the State of Florida, this is known as the unlicensed practice of law, and it is forbidden because it harms the very people you claim to help.
Scripture warns against those who exploit distress for gain:
“Woe to those who devise plans in the night, who oppress a man and his house.” (Micah 2:1–2)
You take payment to “explain options” in foreclosure, to guide people facing eviction, and to prepare loss-mitigation documents. These are matters that God commands be handled with honesty and rightful authority, not with shadow offerings and disclaimers that contradict your actual conduct.
“Provide things honest in the sight of all men.” (Romans 12:17)
You write, “We are not a law firm,” yet you do the work of one.
You write, “Not legal advice,” yet your words and services are legal advice in everything but name.
You solicit the desperate and the fearful—the very souls the Lord commands us to protect:
“Do not take advantage of a hired worker who is poor and needy.” (Deuteronomy 24:14)
Jesus Himself rebuked those who hid harmful intentions behind pious language:
“Beware of false shepherds who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.” (Matthew 7:15)
So I say to you:
Cease offering what you cannot lawfully provide.
Cease representing yourself as one who can guide families through foreclosure, eviction, or legal peril.
Cease charging fees for insights, analyses, and strategies you are not licensed to give.
For “The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with Him.” (Proverbs 11:1)
The scales here are not accurate.
The offerings here are not honest.
And the souls harmed by this misrepresentation are not hidden from the eyes of God.
Therefore heed this message:
Repent, correct your ways, and remove every appearance of claiming authority you do not possess.
For “God is not mocked.” (Galatians 6:7)
Thus speaks Gabriel.”
