Re: Notice Of
Intent and Candidacy.
My name is Jesus, Pursuant to the Religious Freedom
Restoration Act, (RFRA) 42 U.S.C 21B, as
founder of pretend2bjesLus.blogspot.com, a fake news in irony (Satire) digital magazine.

Though I enter as a
write in, I believe I will get the 6,000 signatures necessary to have my name
appear on the ballot box for the following reasons:
1.
In the midst of conflicting government statistics
concerning this present pandemic, the citizen is forced to close their business,
and or loose their job in the name of public safety, and becomes the recipient
of emergency funding, whose price is the prohibition of acting upon their inalienable rights to enter
commerce, in order to conduct business to feed their family. The economic strain of the
current pandemic is making the citizen, especially the citizen who is a
business man question their own long habit of not thinking any thing wrong, and
facing for themselves, skewed medical statistics and the issues of public safety
v the inalienable right to make a living. They need a voice in this regard.
2.
For almost every citizen I encounter the veneer
of the superficial appearance of things being all right, is giving way to
questioning this boards wisdom and effectiveness as the county's governing
authority. To make available emergency funds, while mostly ignoring the inalienable
right to make a living puts more and more demands on a private commercial
system and further increases the velocity of money, as the dollar nears collapse. The more claims for
benefits from the system the greater the tyranny and oppression required to
make people perform to the debt and the interest on the debt that is created in
order to supply the people’s demands. It is, in part, the debt and it’s
uncontrolled interest, that is causing production to halt. I find that citizens,
at this point will speak up about a debt, that is voluntarily demanded by the citizens silence, a silence,
that they know somewhere inside of them, IS FINANCING THEIR OWN DESTRUCTION. Every
citizen that I speak to is more that happy to sign the redress of grievances,
for the unconstitutional conditions enumerated in my political platform. (see

Every member of the commission must swear and
attest under penalty of perjury, and under the laws of the United States of
America (Title 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1746), that they will support the Constitution
for the united States of America and the Constitution for the State Of Florida, this is what assures us that all duly
elected constitutional offices remain as public safety offices and not revenue
collectors, for special interests, that allow our economic collapse.
4.Notwithstanding the criminal codes, an
unconstitutional condition arises when the government compels the citizen to
give up their inalienable rights to conduct commerce with itself. (the
government) GOD given rights pursuant to the Declaration of Independence are Rights
that are inalienable (can not give them away) Budd v People of the state of Ny143 us 517
1892. The declaration of independence is published as law in the statutes at
large in the very first enactment of the new congress 1Stat 1 The county has transformed
the process of doing business with itself into a privilege and a franchise that causes
not only a surrender of rights, but of ALL (inalienable, constitutionally protected)
rights, as a precondition of being able to conduct commerce within this
jurisdiction, Any county commissioner who is witness to unconstitutional
conditions under Title 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1986, and fails to extend or protect any
unalienable rights secured by the Florida and United States Constitutions and
fails to correct any violations of said unalienable rights brought to their
attention commits a civil rights violation actionable under Title 42 U.S.C.
Sec. 1985 as a cause of action and under Title 42, Sec. 1983 as a right of
action.
4.
There is no essential relationship between the inalienable
rights (life liberty pursuit of happiness) given away and the capacity to do
business with the county. The end result of the illegal and unconstitutional
requirement for the citizen to surrender their inalienable constitutionally protected
rights to the very the people who are supposed to be protecting those rights is
for the citizen to consent to be extorted and threatened with removal of all
ability to participate in commercial transactions and to support themselves and
their families unless they:
1. Commit fraud on a government form by
describing themselves as statutory “U.S. citizens” (8 U.S.C. 1401) or “U.S.
31residents” (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(3) and 26 U.S.C. 7701(b)(1)(A)) 32
2. Conspire to defraud the U.S. government
in criminal violation of 18 U.S.C. 371 by signing up for franchises that they
are not eligible for as nonresidents domiciled in a foreign state and not
subject to the federal franchises. 20 C.F.R. 34 422.104 says that only statutory
but not constitutional “U.S. citizens” (8 U.S.C. 401) and “permanent residents”
are eligible to participate, and those citizens and residents are domiciles of
federal territory that is no part of any state of the Union.
5.
Subjecting themselves to involuntary servitude
by donating everything they own to a public use, public purpose, and public
office by connecting it with government property (20 C.F.R. 422.103(d)) in the
form of a TIN or SSN.
6.
4 Aiding and abetting the state and federal
governments to unconstitutionally break down the separation of powers between
them. This compels me to serve two masters who are part of one monolithic “U.S.
Inc.” corporation that isn’t even a government, but a private corporation. See:

an approach and conspiracy against my Constitutional rights is:

Anathema
to the whole notion of a free society.
10.
. Creates an unconstitutional “title of
nobility” in public servants and the creation of a privileged class.

United States Constitution Article I, Section 9,
Clause 8 No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no
Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the
Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of
any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

3. Transforms a government based on individual
rights and personal sovereignty into a “dulocracy”, whereby public servants
have so much license and privilege that they domineer over people that they are
supposed to be serving and protecting:

Compels Americans
into becoming government public officers and instrumentalities without their
consent and without compensation.

5. Illegally and under threat and extortion
compels the average American to contract with the government. All franchises are
contracts between the grantor and the grantee.

As a rule, franchises spring from contracts
between the sovereign power and private citizens, made upon valuable
considerations, for purposes of individual advantage as well as public benefit,
and thus a franchise partakes of a double nature and character. So far as it
affects or concerns the public, it is publici juris and is subject to
governmental control. The legislature may prescribe the manner of granting it,
to whom it may be granted, the conditions and terms upon which it may be held,
and the duty of the grantee to the public in exercising it, and may also
provide for its forfeiture upon the failure of the grantee to perform that
duty. But when granted, it becomes the property of the grantee, and is a
private right, subject only to the governmental control growing out of its

My
Platform.
The
bitter medicine to save America is nothing less than the dis-enfranchisement of
any recipient of public funds. Anyone who receives public funds is barred from
voting for at least two years/ Beggars
can’t be choosers. Cant’ bite the hand that feeds you- nor can you choose whose
hand does the feeding.
Once
there is no political advantage gained by pandering to the recipient class, the
elected public servants might see the merit in frugal management and careful
disbursement of the public’s money.
And
the takers will no longer hold political power over the taken.
I
purpose to
1.Eliminate
conflicts of interest- any recipient of public
funds wages, benefits, entitlements is barred from voting for two years-
including office holders. Public service must step down in status- to the
bottom rung-lest the servant becomes the master.
2.Eventually
eliminate all pensions funded from the public treasury…starting with every
public officer, official and employee.
3.Eventually
eliminate the socialist entitlement system, and the bureaucracy that
administers it….or better yet, by full disclosure, the people will withdraw
their consent from that abomination.
4.
Reductions of the federal and state governments to essential functions:
securing rights via the justice system (courts, etc ). military (securing the
nation) and nothing more And for those who do give consent-they may be governed
restricted regulated and taxed to death.
5.
Severe penalties for bribery –whether giving or receiving-should be enacted
(life imprisonment at hard labor or capitol punishment) “Bringing home the
bacon will stop when it is a capitol offense.
6.
No contract for usury (interest) can be enforced in any court of the United
States of America, for fraud is the basis of all usury, and fraud vitiates all
agreements. Usury is not out-lawd, but it is not enforceable by government. And
woe to any usurer who deliberately injures his debtors.
7.Abolish
the privilege of limited liability, and hold all enterprises liable for the the
harm they do-whether artificial person partnership, corporation , or any other
organized enterprise
The
government has only two jobs;
Secure
rights (endowed by our creator) and
Govern
those who consent
Anything
more is suspect anything less is unacceptable
